• All fees are strictly non-refundable once an assessment has been taken or a counseling session has been conducted.
• Rescheduling of 1-on-1 counseling sessions is permitted provided a minimum of 24 hours' notice is given.

You acknowledge that relying on our reports or advice is at your own risk, and SPD Careers shall not be held liable for your subsequent educational or professional decisions.
